New Logo 22.10.22
Q) You already had a logo, why get a new one? 🤔
A) We did not like the giant waffle and we are glad to get rid of it!
Q) If you didn’t like the waffle why did you use it as a logo for a year?😐
A) We got that logo done quickly on Fiverr and had no time/money to get a new one before we launched so we went all in with it plus we love waffles 🤷🏻
Q) We preferred the waffle logo! Bring it back! 😡
A) That’s not a question and the waffle logo is DEAD👏🏼TO👏🏼US👏🏼
Q) EST. 2016? but haven’t you been trading for less than a year…?🤨
A) We are going to explain this in another post, but some of you will remember our glorious days serving breakfast in the Pit Stop🤗🍳
First Event @ The Thirsty Elephant - 17.2.22
Tonight we did our first event! We were very lucky and grateful for the guys at The Thirsty Elephant taking chance on us and letting us join in on their street food takeover series.
Four our first event we wanted to go with what we knew best so we served up some of our favourite burger and wings creations as well as some fries. On our burger menu we went for our classic, El Gringo, The Bozo and The Sus burger for our vegan guests. For our wings we went for our cola sauce which we have had stored away in our recipes for a while as well as a relatively new sauce to our arsenal which was our honey buffalo.
We received great feedback and enjoyed seeing all the photos and comments being posted to Instagram.
We will be back at the Thirsty Elephant in June with a new selection of burgers and wings to show off.

Hello World! - 9.12.21
We are happy to finally tell everyone about Rocky`s Backseat Diner, a new name coming to the Welsh street food scene. We are going to be serving up some of our favourite meals that we have tried from across the U.S.A, while also giving them our own twist.
We are looking forward to seeing you all soon and hope you come see us to enjoy some Diner classics.
